With our Private Transportation Services we accommodate for your arrival time at YVR and transfer to anywhere in Whistler. You can add stop-over for sightseeing or shopping on the way for an additional charge.

We offer special rates for shuttle to activity sites for Whistler Stables (horseback riding), Whistler Bungee and Whistler Shooting Adventures.

The drive from Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Whistler is normally between 2.5 – 3 hours, depending on traffic. Factors such as snow, traffic or construction may result in delays.
We recommend booking your transfer at least 5 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.

We require 7 days cancellation notice prior to your booking date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.
50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from 6 to 5 days prior to your booking date. 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel from 4 days prior t to your booking date. The first change will be accepted for free and the second and subsequent changes will be charged $25 + 5% tax .

– Once you have decided your plan, please send your request with Date, Service/Tour Name, Number of people, and Any other Questions if any.
– We will let you know of our availability, and send an invoice with payment/cancellation policy.
– If you agree with the policy please proceed to the payment page provided with the invoice.
