* At the moment, we have space available for a 12-month period. It probably is possible to renew for another term; however, we cannot guarantee this at this time. The service must be renewed annually.
* All items must be picked up within the service period.
* If you are unable to pick up your items within the service period for any reason, you must notify us before the end of the term.
You will be given a one-month grace period, for a fee, to arrange retrieval of your items. Alternatively, you may enter into a new contract for another period (subject to availability).
* If you cannot pick up your items or renew the service, the items will be returned to your registered address at your expense (including the extension fee, handling fee, and shipping costs).
* Please note: If we do not hear from you for one month, the items will be disposed of.

– Once you have decided your plan, please send your request with Date, Service/Tour Name, Number of people, and Any other Questions if any.
– We will let you know of our availability, and send an invoice with payment/cancellation policy.
– If you agree with the policy please proceed to the payment page provided with the invoice.
